Sometimes you know as soon as you enter, this is going to be a good day! It was a home game in Studio 1 of Heuvellaan Hilversum yesterday. I gave a keynote for 250 employees of Stichting Elan. And that was really fun! In music, every voice counts, everyone is literally heard and matters. This is also the case at Elan. An organization full of passionate people who work in special education. Listening, tuning in, improvising, they do it every day. The Steinway of Studio 1 sounded like a ray of sunshine. And the music was more than just music. It became a metaphor for collaboration, for trust and for those magical moments when everything comes together. Thank you Elan, for your openness, enthusiasm and warm welcome.
